Common Questions About AV & Technology Integration
Costs & Timelines
AV installation costs vary widely depending on scope and complexity. A single conference room typically ranges from $15,000 to $80,000+. Hotel ballroom or large venue installations can range from $50,000 to $500,000+. Outdoor LED installations start around $30,000. We provide detailed quotes after an initial consultation and site assessment.
Outdoor LED display costs depend on size, resolution, and installation complexity. A mid-size commercial installation typically starts around $30,000–$50,000 for supply and installation. Large building facade installations can be significantly more. We provide detailed quotes after assessing your site and requirements.
Timeline depends on project size. A single conference room typically takes 1–2 weeks from design approval to commissioning. Large hotel or venue installations can take 4–12 weeks. We coordinate closely with general contractors and other trades to minimise disruption to your operations.

We serve clients across greater Los Angeles including Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Bel Air, Brentwood, Downtown LA, Malibu, Pasadena, and throughout Southern California. We also work on projects outside California for the right engagements.
Technology & Services
A complete conference room AV installation typically includes display screens or video walls, video conferencing cameras and codecs for Zoom or Microsoft Teams, ceiling or wall microphone arrays, integrated speaker systems, a control system for one-touch operation, room scheduling displays, and all associated cabling and rack infrastructure. We handle design, installation, programming, and training.
We install a full range of hotel AV systems including lobby and front desk LED video walls, ballroom and event space AV with rigging and production capability, in-room technology including IPTV and casting systems, digital signage networks, outdoor audio systems for pool and terrace areas, and centralised AV management systems.
All three are professional AV control platforms. Q-SYS is a software-based platform ideal for complex audio, video, and control environments — particularly well suited for large venues and hotels. Crestron is a hardware-based platform widely used in corporate conference rooms and enterprise environments. Extron specialises in AV signal management and room control. We are certified programmers on all three platforms and recommend the right solution for your specific requirements.
Yes — we work alongside architects, interior designers, and general contractors from the earliest stages of a project. Early AV involvement ensures technology is designed in rather than bolted on, saving time and cost during construction.
Yes — we offer tailored support contracts including 24/7 remote monitoring, priority response, scheduled preventative maintenance, and a dedicated point of contact who knows your system. Support contracts are available for all project types and sizes.
