If you're rebuilding after the Palisades fires, we can help you plan and integrate the AV, networking, and smart home systems your new home will need. Los Angeles-based, 15+ years experience in residential technology.
Talk to Us About Your ProjectRebuilding a home after a fire is a complex, emotionally demanding process. Technology planning is just one piece of it, but getting it right matters — and getting it wrong means living with compromises or costly fixes after the house is finished.
We've worked on residential technology systems in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, and across Los Angeles for over fifteen years. We know the local market, the permitting environment, and the trades you'll be coordinating with. If you're in the design phase, the permitting phase, or about to break ground, we can help you plan the technology infrastructure so it's done correctly from the start.
New construction gives you the opportunity to integrate technology systems properly — routing conduit and cabling before walls close, locating equipment where it makes sense architecturally, and coordinating with your builder and architect so everything fits the design intent of the house. These decisions are much easier and less expensive to make during construction than after the fact.
Dedicated screening rooms with acoustically treated environments, proper display and audio systems, and integrated control. Designed for how you actually watch.
Distributed systems that deliver music and video to every room. Unified control, seamless handoff between zones, and consistent performance throughout the house.
Weather-rated audio and video for pools, patios, and outdoor spaces. Proper coverage, appropriate equipment for the environment, and integration with indoor systems.
Automated lighting scenes, daylight harvesting, and motorized shades integrated into a unified control system. Programmable, flexible, and designed to fit your household routines.
Crestron or Control4 systems that bring lighting, audio, video, climate, and security into a single interface. Touchpanels, mobile apps, and voice control where appropriate.
Enterprise-grade Wi-Fi, structured cabling, and network architecture designed to support streaming, remote work, security cameras, and smart home devices without coverage or bandwidth issues.
IP camera systems with local and cloud recording, mobile access, and integration with home automation platforms. Smart locks, intercom, and gate control where needed.
We coordinate directly with your architect, interior designer, and general contractor. Technology decisions — speaker placement, equipment locations, conduit routing, power requirements — get resolved early, when they're straightforward and inexpensive to address. The alternative is making those decisions after drywall is up, which limits options and increases cost.
We start with the architectural plans and a conversation about how you expect the house to function. Which rooms need audio. Where you'll watch TV. Whether you want a dedicated theater. How lighting and shading should behave. What level of automation makes sense for your household.
From that we produce a system design — a detailed plan showing speaker locations, equipment placement, cable routing, and control interfaces. The design gets coordinated with your architect and reviewed with you before anything is ordered or installed.
Installation happens in phases as construction progresses. Rough-in during framing — conduit, in-wall and in-ceiling rough brackets, speaker wire, network cabling. Trim-out after finishes — mounting devices, terminating cables, installing equipment racks and panels. Programming and commissioning once the house is functional — setting up control systems, calibrating audio, testing integration points.
We work on your contractor's schedule and coordinate around other trades. Installation is managed by our own technicians — no subcontractors, no handoffs to third parties who weren't involved in the design.
Once installation is complete we commission the system — verify that everything operates as designed, calibrate audio and video, program scenes and automation routines, and walk you through how it all works. Training is done on-site, at your pace, focused on the features you'll actually use.
Documentation is provided — system diagrams, equipment lists, and instructions for basic troubleshooting. Warranty and support terms are clear from the start.
The best time to integrate technology into a home is during construction, when walls are open and coordination with other trades is straightforward. Waiting until after the house is finished means working around completed finishes, which limits options and increases cost.
If you're rebuilding in Pacific Palisades, Malibu, or anywhere across Los Angeles, and you're in the design or permitting phase, we'd be glad to talk through what makes sense for your property and how a properly designed system would function. No obligation — just a conversation about what's feasible and what it would take to execute correctly.
We know this is a difficult time. The goal isn't to sell you more than you need — it's to make sure the technology infrastructure in your new home is designed correctly from the start, so you don't have to revisit it later.
