A comprehensive AV integration project across an entire corporate campus, delivering 50 conference and collaboration spaces ranging from executive boardrooms to training rooms and huddle spaces. Each room was designed and programmed to provide a consistent, intuitive user experience while accommodating the unique technical requirements of different space types.
The installation included Zoom Rooms integration, Q-SYS digital signal processing, Extron control systems with cable cubbies, Shure ceiling microphones, QSC background audio, Barco projection for the all-hands space, and iPad-based touch control in every room. All spaces were equipped with auto-switching 4K HDMI hardwire connections for seamless presentation.
The primary challenge on this project was managing an aggressive timeline while maintaining the high standards expected by a well-known technology company headquarters. With 50 rooms across multiple room types and technical configurations, coordination between trades, phased installations, and rigorous testing protocols were critical to delivering a successful outcome. Our team worked closely with the client's facilities and IT teams to ensure every space was commissioned, tested, and handed over on schedule without compromising quality or user experience.
